Injustice in Denmark: A guilty verdict declared against veteran activist and journalist Khalid Osman in a police retaliation without due process, false police testimony & fabricated psychiatric reports.

I have been in Geneva for almost two months contacting human rights organizations and concerned advocacy firms about refugee rights, and your effort to carry this message forward will remind them of my human case.

Here’s What’s Happening

In the first hearing, a guilty verdict was declared without due process and without full examination of testimonies.

A policeman lied, claiming they introduced themselves—something they never did. The verdict rests on this false testimony.

In the second session, there will be no cross-examination. Instead, the court will move directly to a psychiatric report filled with fabricated conclusions designed to favor the police. That report will then be used to decide another guilty verdict.

This is not justice. It is systemic abuse.
