Every time I look into this case I find solid legal grounds that strengthen my legal points. Let me ground them in 9 legal logics of assumption:
1. Assumption of Purity
Authorities cannot be presumed pure, honest, or trustworthy simply because of their office. Public record shows that ministers, police officers, and officials have been exposed for corruption and misconduct. Therefore, the credibility of any authority figure must be tested against evidence, not assumed.
2. Assumption of Impunity
No official is immune from accountability merely by virtue of their position. Immunity must be earned through consistent lawful conduct, not granted automatically. To presume impunity undermines the principle of equality before the law.
3. Assumption of Neutrality
Courts and prosecutors are often assumed to act neutrally. Yet when they align with police narratives without scrutiny, neutrality collapses. Legal grounds require proof of impartiality, not presumption.
4. Assumption of Professional Competence
Reports (such as psychiatric evaluations) are often assumed competent because they come from “specialists.” But if they are based on distorted fragments rather than examination, competence is void. Evidence must show methodology, not just title.
5. Assumption of Procedural Fairness
The system assumes fairness simply because procedures exist. Yet when a judge silences testimony in the first hearing, aligns with only one policeman’s account, and declares guilt, fairness collapses. When, in the next session, the judge again silences testimony with the command “You can speak in short,” procedure itself becomes a tool of suppression. Fairness must be demonstrated in practice, not presumed.
6. Assumption of Truthfulness in Records
Documents produced by authorities are often assumed truthful. Yet if words are inserted or twisted, the record becomes fabrication. Legal grounds demand verification, not blind acceptance.
7. Assumption of Dignity Protection
Authorities are assumed to protect basic dignity. But forcing someone to appear in underwear out in public and at a station shows the opposite. Legal grounds expose this violation of human rights.
8. Assumption of Justice in Verdicts
A verdict is assumed to reflect justice. But when a judge declares a verdict of guilty without performing due process with cross-examination to all testimonies in the first hearing and come in the next one to respond to the accused saying “The verdict is already declared” before hearing evidence, justice is abandoned.

9. Assumption of Institutional Legitimacy
Institutions are assumed legitimate because they exist. Yet legitimacy depends on lawful, ethical conduct. When institutions align with lies, legitimacy collapses.

In serious matters, assumption replaces investigation. It silences truth, distorts justice, and endangers lives.
Each of the nine headings above reflects a moment where assumption was used not to protect, but to erase.
When institutions act on shadows, they extinguish the light of testimony.
Let this post stand as a refusal — a refusal to let assumption masquerade as logic.
