There is no justifiable law that can protect a lying police who lied after framing the critic to save his job. When this happens in any place, it exposes the structure of injustice.
Geneva Convention. Political refugees, especially those who fought human rights violations and injustice for decades across-borders have priorities to secure their lives, not to be treated like other people.
This episode continues directly from “They Created the Issues, Not Me”, but it opens a new layer in the lived story: the legal and ethical reality of being a Geneva‑Convention political refugee in a system that forgot its own obligations.
Although some events have been mentioned before, they return here with sharper meaning, because they now reveal how neglect became intentional, how retaliation was coordinated, and how the institutions meant to protect instead worked to incriminate.
Episode 36 stands as a bridge between the personal injustice story of Series 4 and the structural exposure that will unfold in the next episodes.
Every paragraph in this episode connects with the other episodes in the Archive of Truth in Exile. This structure provides a simple way to link human rights violations and injustice with their real lived stories. When Protection Becomes Neglect: The Door Denmark Closed
By refusing my complaints to the police who should protect citizens and especially Geneva Convention political refugees in January 2023 and by closing the police station door on my face on October 2023 when I reported the housing company, I continued criticizing the police for not doing their jobs both in my journalistic writing and in front of their video surveillance on the streets. See “Truth Carries Its Own Weight“.
I told the one who closed the door on my face that... although he did that but I can still reach them by my message and I added: you have no rights to close the door of the station on the face of anyone who came to you seeking protection. See “Entrapment by Silence, Dignity Restored”.
I also wrote that this rejection was the same as the neglecting of the police in 1995 in another region, when some Palestinians called them saying that a few people were knocking on their door and that they could see knives in their hands. The police did not come to save them, so those who knocked broke the door and killed them. The news was published in a newspaper.
In their video surveillance I told the police that I was reporting this to human rights organizations and I’ll bring them to justice. While saying this I did not know that the police were protected in front of the law, which was a surprise to me to know later. I thought that real law would not differentiate between people according to their jobs, position or ethnicity,
And so, I hardened my criticism. After closing the door on my face, they first coordinated with the housing company to place a woman in the apartment above mine because the housing company was doing a renovation where she lived. In November 2023, she moved in and stayed for one year until she returned to her apartment in October 2024. The episodes written on this issue have more information. See “Closing Doors, Opening Conspiracies!”
They framed me to get me to court. See “Policeman’s Word Becomes Bible in Denmark!” I had spoken earlier about this. I said I would hold them all accountable in front of the law and bring them all to the court, thinking that there was a justice system that could hold those policemen and the housing company responsible.
I even said I would make the housing company pay millions of dollars for what it did to me... first terrorizing me from the apartment above mine in the first year, and then continuing for the next two years until I traveled many times abroad to have peace of mind.
The company heard this from few relatives of the woman they brought to live in that apartment, where the people who had illegally occupied it before continued living with her to continue their terrorizing acts. They were relatives by ethnicity and religion. See any of the episodes about Terrorizing Bats of Darkness in Denmark.
And then the housing company acted before I could bring it to justice, coordinating with the police to incriminate me, retaliate, and make me the one who pays a lot of money to the company. See “Evict Now, Appeal Later”, phrase that was said in the meeting, which indicates the deep injustice in the system.
I think this was done to save money for the housing company and to prove to me: “we are the ones who will make you pay us and disturb your life.”. See “When the Moral Order Breaks”. Everything I said while believing there was justice in this city to hold authorities accountable proved to be wrong, as there is no law or justice as I thought. See “Six Scenarios of Retaliation and Refusal!”.
I never thought that authorities like these can be above the law, especially not in a country in Europe and even in Scandinavia. See “Eviction Before Justice in Denmark!”. Even in dictatorial lands employees of authorities cannot abuse their positions when dealing with normal people... of course not those who fight them. See “The Myth of Good Policeman”.
This whole story from the beginning of January 203 before any case was registered in the court was very clear and understandable even to a child. I wonder how adults could not understand it. See “Why Systems Protect Authorities Even When the Truth Is Plain?”.
By “adults” I mean other people, for example, those working in the Danish Railways (DSB), or any office the “travelling file reaches”, or even those in the hearing court, the eviction meeting, and other policemen in the station. Of course not the two policemen who involved in the case: one left the police, and one remained, as I was told. See “The Traveling File”. “Fascist Practice Inside a Home in Denmark” and “A Morning A City Showed Its Real Face”.
The story from October 2023 has revealed an intention not only to retaliate against the witness who is exposed to institutional injustice and who criticises it, but also to incriminate and break him for what he is doing. See “Conspiracy Logic I Am Seeing Walking”.
When something like this becomes intentional, it signals the very logic I am talking about: it becomes an urgent enlightenment to mend the justice and law systems and perform real reforms that address injustice. Something that would expose similar injustice issues in many cities in Denmark. See “Intention Behind Injustice In Denmark! “.
From the start of this story, I did not fiscally attack anyone, or attempt to do so. The only thing I did and I still do is tell the truth about what is going on in a country that I believed it had a good system that protects vulnerable people and works for them when they report anything that makes them uncomfortable, or in danger. See “They Created the Issues, Not Me” and “Lies in Danish Court Hearing”.
I discovered through the whole story that it is not only a few people who work in the justice and law systems who intentionally work with a false narrative that says everything in Denmark is OK, which is not. They insist that authorities cannot do something wrong, although they know deep in their hearts that wrongdoings happens not only in Denmark, but also in many places in the world. See “When Patterns Reveal Their Consequences”.
Even worse they use informal network composed of a specific cultural background to maintain what they are doing wrong. After I reported the illegal residents in the apartment above mine many times to the police starting in January 2023, they shifted their roles to become permanent collaborators behind the shadows to protect their broken system. See “Individuals Inside the System” and “Peripheral: Out of the System Actors”.
Those in the informal network are from specific cultural background who have acquired Danish status and become more aggressive against anyone who exposes their network. They work on public offices like Yousee internet & devices services, get access to sensitive customer information, and they have already built their own system beneath the Danish system to protect their own interests and relations.
Every time I try to get a service from one of these companies, I get someone from the ethnicity of those people working there, and they always ask: “Where did you come from”. As that is none of their business, I politely mention any country, feeling that they do not understand privacy, or that people are different, have different stories of why they are here. No one should ask that question. Anyone asks such question would be rude in a conservative society.
They do not know that some people are protected by privacy laws when they belong to certain categories under Geneva Convention. Some were in high positions, some were endangered throughout their lives, some others are more vulnerable to strangers. They all have high security.
This also means a high priorities for the countries that host Geneva Convention political refugees. People differ according to their political status. Geneva structures a high priority for individuals in this category.
But, Denmark forgets this, and forgets even that it placed them in this high priority of protection. Maybe the police, the housing company and the court do not know this, especially when someone falsely accused and framed has the right story to tell about the truth and what is going on wrong. Or may be they know and they do not care. This indication means a lot to Geneva and other human rights organizations.
When institutions choose retaliation over protection, they reveal not a mistake but a structure.

The same housing company rents a lot of illegal apartments with no authority or law stopping it. I reported these violations alongside many others who were forced to relocate and some even took their testimonies to Amnesty.
Closing Doors, Opening Conspiracies! - Archive of Truth in Exile: How Denmark’s Police and Courts Weaponize Silence Against Witnesses? When the police ordered me out of the station, the plan was already in motion: to frame me and convert my complaints against the housing company into accusations against me. This is why the woman was positioned in the apartment above mine.
Echoes of Fascist Practice Inside a Home!
Facing this attack of one of two policemen inside my home, through every action of the policeman, my memory was opened back to the same acts of the Nazi police. Those images ran through my mind as the violence unfolded inside my home.
Echoes of Fascist Practice Inside a Home! Archive of Truth in Exile: Danish policeman’s violations protected by law! The policemen entered my home without announcing themselves. With guns pointed at me, one struck my back, kicked me on the floor, and handcuffed me... a scene that revived dark memories from history. What followed in court protected their actions instead of seeking the truth.
The Myth of Good Policeman! Archive of Truth in Exile: When a Policeman Lies Without Shame & His Oath, If Found, Is Violated! The policemen did not introduce themselves, framed me and lied in the first hearing... lies that the system accepted without examination. They repeated these falsehoods in two other places. Nothing was done in court to reach the truth; the process relied entirely on believing whatever the police said.
Policeman’s Word Becomes Bible in Denmark! Archive of Truth in Exile: When a Court Align Itself with a Lying Policeman, Justice Wears a Light Parada that Exposes Its Private Organs! When the system allows this through flawed legal articles, it protects itself and its authorities instead of seeking truth. A court that accepts a policeman’s unexamined word over evidence does not act like a democracy... it behaves like a structure drifting toward authoritarian practice.
Funded Silence - Shadow Beneath State! - Archive of Truth in Exile: Legal Resistance Against Manufactured Guilt! This shadow becomes the structure of injustice. It enables authorities to frame innocents and makes the formal system appear determined to break anyone who resists such wrongdoing. And beneath it all lies a financial motive... a system protecting its own interests rather than the truth.
A Case That Was Never A Case! - Archive of Truth in Exile: Seven legal and procedural requirements the court ignored for the favour of lying policeman. There was no case at all... no injury, no attempt of attack, and the two policemen were healthier than I was. Yet the court ignored seven legal and procedural requirements and accepted the officer’s false testimony without question. Sarcastically: as if the judge and his two assistants did not see the obvious.
Civil Hearing Framed as Criminal! - Archive of Truth in Exile: Court Upholds Police Authority, Ignores the Victim! When no crime is committed, a case is not criminal, yet the court was predetermined to side with the representatives of police authority and never question them. This is the most embedded injustice in the Danish system: a civil matter transformed into a criminal one to protect authority, not truth.
Court Hearing: Justice First Cut! - Archive of Truth in Exile: When due process is bypassed, innocence itself becomes the first victim of injustice! This is the deepest cut in the Danish justice system: a hearing where due process was ignored, and innocence was sacrificed to protect authority. What remains shocking is how Danish lawyers, prosecutors, and oversight organisations failed to see - or chose not to see - the violations unfolding in front of them.
Lies in Danish Court Hearing NOT EXAMINED! Archive of Truth in Exile: How a Court in Denmark Declared “Guilt” Without Cross-Examination of Lies? In any developed justice system, such a process would never pass, whether an authority is involved or not. But in Denmark, the entire structure works to protect authority, no matter how wrong the officers were, and no matter how clear the violations.
When Even Defence Lawyer Won’t Object! - Archive of Truth in Exile: A testimony on silence, psychiatric framing, and authority over innocence! The lawyer was not free. I refused the free one because I had already seen how they failed many innocents. I hired one, believing it would be better. It was not. He aligned himself with the lies, remained silent when he should have objected, and allowed injustice to continue. When a defence lawyer will not defend, innocence stands alone against authority.
The Court of Manipulation! - Archive of Truth in Exile: Resistance in the Face of Institutional Theater! A hearing that looked like justice but behaved like choreography... every move predetermined, every silence rehearsed. The court did not seek truth; it performed authority. Lies were protected, and innocence was treated as an inconvenience. In that room, justice was not blind... it was scripted. And resistance became the only honest act left.
Reframing Testimony: Injustice in Denmark! - Archive of Truth in Exile: No Public, No Oath, No Cross-Examination, No Justice! A hearing without public oversight, sworn testimony, cross‑examination is not justice. It is a controlled narrative. In Denmark, my testimony was reframed, stripped of context, and placed into a structure designed to protect authority. When lies are accepted without challenge, and truth is denied the tools to defend itself, the court becomes an echo chamber of power. What happened in that room was not a search for facts but a performance of guilt... manufactured, rehearsed, and imposed.
